One of the best things about ConservationTrack is the fact that it is specifically tailored for each organization, as such, the cost can vary. The following is intended to provide people a basic understanding of the pricing and is not a proposal.

For larger organization, ConservationTrack's pricing is based on the number of users and the amount of information stored. Because the pricing for large organizations varies, please contact us for a proposal or quote. For organizations, the cost is typically $5,000 to setup and $5,000 annually.  Currently a private grant is available to reduce the setup and annual cost by up to 40% for small and mid sized land trusts. Currently the private grant is based on 3 areas:

#1 The speed with which your organization is able to adopt ConsevationTrack (we are looking for organizations that are ready to act now or at least soon).

#2 Your organization's willingness to continue to contribute to the software and community.

#3 The breadth of functionality that your organization will use, with preference for organizations with plans to broadly adopt ConservationTrack across various modules.
