Problem Statement |
A good problem statement is specific and typically answers who, what, and why. For example:
Monitoring at XYZ has a number of challenges:
1. The land steward and the ED spend a great deal of time coordinating volunteers to conduct monitoring visits.
2. The land steward also spends a large amount of time reviewing and following up on the monitoring reports once they are submitted because the monitors often fail to gather all the appropriate information.
3. It is inconvenient for volunteers to come into the office to get the necessary baseline information and monitoring template.
