User Roles

ConservationTrack user roles are pretty straighforward, but can be configured for very complex user permissions for more advanced usage. The following roles are defined at setup and can be customized to fit your specific needs.

Visitor Visitors to the site will have access to all content (except the administration site) but will not have the ability to edit, update, delete, or add content.
Member Members to the site will have access to all content (except the administration site) they will be able to edit, update, delete, or add content.
Owner  Owners can create new lists, libraries, and sites. They also have full access to the administration site allowing them to submit service requests, add users, and  change user permissions.
External An external user is a user who has no permissions to the site. Access to the site must be explicitly provided. For more information on external user permissions see the FAQ
